He has also served as a Senior Fellow for the Future of Work, a membership organization for HR, IT, and Facilities professionals and made presentations to their corporate meetings and wrote for their newsletter. His college teaching career includes positions in psychology (University of Redlands, University of North Carolina-Greensboro—Ph.D. program, & Ottawa University), management (University of Redlands, Elon University), and human resources and organization development at University of San Francisco (1989-97) where his adult students represented the leading high-technology companies of the world.
Dr. Pratt has been associate dean at University of Redlands, acting dean at USF, and director of educational research plus director of experiential education at Ottawa University. Dr. Pratt earned his Ph.D. in experimental and I/O psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a National Science Foundation postdoctoral fellowship in higher mental processes at the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Robin Pratt has more than 40 years in the research and development of high performance experimental psychometric cognitive and behavioral assessment technologies for learning, performance training and evaluation. Dr. Pratt has worked extensively in the professional sports, executive development, healthcare, pharmaceutical and life science industries as well as many Fortune 500 clients outside of healthcare. Dr. Pratt was previously President of Enhanced Performance Services (EPS) and has held both academic and executive positions with EPS and the University of North Carolina.
With Robert Nideffer, Ph.D., the founder of Enhanced Performance Systems, Dr. Pratt has written several articles, books, and workbooks about The Attentional & Interpersonal Styles© inventory including Taking Care of Business, Paying Attention to the Right Things, and Coaching Attention Control Training© in Business. By working with elite performers in sport, business, and the military, EPS has taken the lead in identifying and measuring the highly specific concentration and communication skills that determine the difference between success and failure in highly competitive arenas.
Since 1983, Pratt has played a major role in exporting EPS technology from the sports world into business arenas.
